Leadership Training

Student Leadership & Mentorship Program

The Orlando Math Circle Leadership Program empowers middle school, high school, and college students to grow as mentors, facilitators, and community leaders through meaningful math outreach.

Participants learn how to lead engaging math activities, support younger students, and experience mathematics as a collaborative and creative practice. Leadership is developed through training, guided practice, and real outreach, all within a supportive peer community.

This program reflects OMC’s belief that students learn mathematics most deeply when they teach, mentor, and reflect together.
